Position: Junior Project Coordinator BPM SFX Ltd. Full-Time Contract

Location: Oak Mill HQ, Dunnockshaw, Burnley

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (some weekend work required)

Asour business continues to expandwe are looking to expand our team with a motivated and organised Junior Project Co-ordinatorbased at our Oak Mill Headquarters in Burnley.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project co-ordination within the fast-paced and dynamic live events sector.

The Role

As a Junior Project Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, organisation, and delivery of projects. Working closely with the wider team, you will help ensure projects are communicated effectively, schedules are maintained, and events run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and clearly communicate project requirements to full-time staff and subcontractors.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring all team members are informed of changes and deadlines.
  • Manage last-minute project amendments and remain on standby to assist in emergency situations when required.
  • Liaise with colleagues across the business to support the successful delivery of events and projects.
  • Book travel, accommodation and other logistical requirements for project teams.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure information is communicated accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle a diverse range of responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.
About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and eager to develop within the live events industry.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional approach with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Genuine interest in the live events industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
