New Build Property: 10a Briercliffe Road, Burnley BB10 1XQ
Burnley Borough Council (the Contracting Authority) is inviting tenders from organisations that have the resources, capabilities and capacity to undertake the building of a new property at the end of an existing terraced row. The project will span approximately six months, from early August 2026 to mid‑February 2027. Successful bidders must be flexible with dates, as weather may affect the schedule, and will be required to enter into a JCT Minor Works contract with the Council.
The principal design responsibilities have been awarded to Glovers Project Services Limited, and the contract will be governed by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
