Burnley
£12.71 - £14.27 per hour
Temporary (6-12 months), 37.5 hours per week
Mpeople Recruitment are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join a busy team in Burnley. This role involves handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:- Answer inbound calls and handle customer enquiries
- Resolve issues and provide clear advice
- Process payments and update customer records
- Monitor account alerts and contact customers as needed
- Support basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate system updates and documentation
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Hybrid working available after training (3 days in office). DBS required.
