Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Exams Co-ordinator to join our Central Services team, providing essential administrative support to the Exams Officer, the Exams Department and wider College divisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will coordinate and implement College examination procedures in line with JCQ and awarding body regulations, liaise with awarding bodies on registrations, entries and results, while ensuring all exam materials are securely prepared, stored and distributed.
QualificationsApplicants must hold at least four GCSEs (including English) and an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent and demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems. Excellent organisational, communication and data‑handling skills, ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines, and a commitment to confidentiality, GDPR compliance and safeguarding responsibilities are required.
SalaryThe salary for this post is up to £26,236.
