About the Role
As a key member of our EYFS provision, you will play an essential role in creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for children aged 3–5. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
Creating engaging, play-based learning opportunities
Observing children’s development and contributing to assessments
Supporting children with early communication, social, and emotional development
Assisting with daily routines, including snack time, outdoor learning and continuous provision
Building positive, caring relationships with children and families
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
Have experience working with children in an EYFS setting
Are creative, proactive, and passionate about early learning
Can adapt activities to support children at different stages of development
Communicate well with colleagues and parents
Bring energy, empathy, and a child‑centred approach to every day
