The Associate SENDCOsupports the Director of SENDin leading, developing, and quality-assuring SEND provision across the Trust.
The role blends:
Strategic leadership(Trust-wide systems, policy, Quality Assurance, data)
Operational delivery(SEND systems and processes,supporting with complexcasework,recommendinginterventions)
School-based support(inducting and coaching SENDCOs, modelling practice, training staff)
You will work across multiple schools, supporting leaders to deliver high-quality SEND provision and ensuring that statutory responsibilities are met.
