Summary

An apprentice Level 3 Teaching Assistant is required to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide quality learning opportunities and support that develops the whole child. The role is based on a values‑based approach, enabling pupils to acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills. Under the guidance of teachers and school leaders, the apprentice will support children in their education, personal and social development, and help establish positive relationships to aid structured learning activities.

Responsibilities
  • Support pupils in learning activities.
  • Produce learning resources.
  • Assist in developing pupils' learning skills.
  • Participate in structured learning activities.
  • Log off‑the‑job training as required, supported by a workplace mentor.
Training & Development

The apprentice will be supported with induction and internal on‑the‑job training. An online search will be carried out as part of due diligence on shortlisted candidates.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Essential

    Qualifications:

    Functional skills assessments prior to enrolment on the apprenticeship.
  • Desirable

    Qualifications:

    GCSE pass – Maths and English.
