Key Stage Teacher Supply isseekinga proactive and supportive Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Burnley supporting pupils acrossEYFS.
This is afull time,ongoing position, working closely with the class teacher to support pupilsin Reception.

- Previous experience working with children (school-based required)
- Experience supporting pupils within a primary school setting
- Understanding of the primary curriculum (EYFS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, proactive and supportive approach
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
- Assist the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Encourage pupil engagement and participation
- Support behaviour management using positive strategies
- Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
