The Rose School Burnley is seeking an outstanding teaching assistant to support pupils in a unique SEN setting. The contract is variable hours, with a minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 37 hours per week, starting hours per week.
Candidates should have effective communication, behaviour management, and de-escalation skills, and be comfortable with team-teaching and following school policies. This position is part-time, term-time only, with pro-rata pay.
