We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Achievement Leader to support students in achieving their full potential. The ideal candidate will work independently with a calm, caring, and efficient approach, support students and families, and model commitment, resilience, patience, hard work and a good sense of humour.
Assistant Achievement Leader Responsibilities- Work directly with students to support, motivate, and encourage success.
- Use pastoral support to secure positive outcomes.
- Create a positive link between the school and families.
- Actively support young people and their families to overcome barriers to learning.
- Model commitment, resilience, patience, hard work and a good sense of humour.

Working Hours and CompensationHours:
34.5 hours per week (8:00–15:30 Mon–Fri), TTO + 1 week. The position is part‑time, term‑time only; the salary quoted is full‑time equivalent and will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.
