Graduate R&T Project Engineer

Morson are working with on of the UK's leading aerospace manufacturers,this role will provide support to the R&T team at Burnley to execute the R&T projects.

Projects in relation to composite manufacturing, sheet metal and assembly technologies. The role of the candidate could also include facilitating the execution of the plan.

Role Requirements

Participate in understanding the context of the projects and current challenges
Evaluate and define a roadmap / plan to address current issues
Be able to present the development plan to the team and to experts for validation
Facilitate the execution of the plan in a timely manner
Help to track progress and help ensure that plans are being done
Coordinate the stakeholders and ensure relevant information is circulated
Capture decisions and actions, write meeting minutes
Report findings. Review and collect results, providing summary of conclusions and key recommendations
Suggest next steps based upon review results
Close out actions once quality requirements have been met
Essential Expereice

Engineering studies in progress or completed (preferably related to Automation), with a basic understanding of Aerospace manufacturing and assembly processes.
Good writing skills with the ability to review and summarise data
