The Internal Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing production and project schedules to support aerospace manufacturing and program execution. This role ensures that materials, labor, tooling, and capacity are aligned with program requirements, regulatory constraints, and delivery commitments. The Scheduler works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of aerospace products.
Develop and maintain detailed production and project schedules for aerospace programs, components, or assemblies
Coordinate schedules across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and inspection functions
Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and proactively recommend mitigation actions
Incorporate material availability, lead times, capacity constraints, and regulatory requirements into schedules
Support program milestones, customer delivery dates, and internal planning cycles
Track work orders, routings, and manufacturing progress within ERP/MRP systems
Analyze schedule variances and communicate impacts to stakeholders
Support change management by updating schedules for engineering changes, nonconformances, or supply disruptions
Participate in production meetings, program reviews, and planning sessions
Maintain accurate scheduling documentation in compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, FAA, EASA, etc.)
Continuously improve scheduling processes and planning accuracy
