About the Opportunity

As an Asset Reliability Coordinator & Methods Engineer, you'll join talented professionals driving performance and reliability for critical aerospace assets. You will analyse and prioritise equipment, develop industry-leading maintenance strategies, and collaborate across teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and compliant operations. Your work will support continuous improvement, sustainability, and excellence across the site.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead criticality assessments and risk evaluation for key assets to optimise maintenance approaches.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, capturing best practices and benchmarking across the site.
  • Work closely with teams to coordinate planned preventative maintenance and ensure accurate SAP master data management.
  • Drive spares management and supplier engagement to secure cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Facilitate root cause analyses, improvement workshops, and promote operational excellence through digitalisation and compliance initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • Essential HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience in a maintenance environment with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of industrial maintenance strategies and SAP CMMS systems.
  • Desirable Six Sigma qualification or related continuous improvement certification.
  • Expertise in techniques such as FMEA, RCA, TPM, and compliance standards…
