We're looking for an experienced and motivated
Project Manager
to join our growing team and oversee the successful delivery of live event and touring projects from concept through to show day.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will act as the key link between our clients, designers, operational teams, suppliers, and technicians. You'll take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring every element is delivered safely, efficiently, on budget, and to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage live event and touring projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Liaise directly with clients, production managers, tour managers, technical directors, promoters, venues, and suppliers.
  • Produce project schedules, budgets, quotations, equipment allocations and crew plans.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment, freight, crew travel and accommodation.
  • Interpret technical drawings, CAD plans, venue specifications and rigging information.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure equipment and personnel are allocated effectively.
  • Attend production meetings, site visits, rehearsals and live events as required.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant health & safety legislation and industry best practice.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, risk assessments and method statements.

    Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities.
About You

You'll be highly organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving live events environment.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management within live events, touring, technical production or entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of live event production workflows.
  • Experience working with production managers, venues and touring personnel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong budgeting and commercial awareness.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel in the UK and internationally when required.
  • Experience with special effects, pyrotechnics, lasers, staging, lighting, audio or rigging.
  • Touring and festival experience.
  • Knowledge of logistics and freight operations.
  • Experience managing freelance crews and subcontractors.
