Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Part-time Occupational Therapist for Wytham Lodge in Padiham. You will work 16 hours per week to assess, plan and deliver occupational therapy within a clinical team, supporting residents in daily activities and rehabilitation goals.
You will provide person-centred interventions, maintain records and collaborate with the therapy team to promote independence and quality of life for residents. HCPC registration is required.
