You will support clients in their homes during night hours, delivering personal care, meals and medication assistance, while keeping detailed records.
The role offers 10 pm to 7 am shifts, a 4-on/4-off rota, and induction/training. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel between visits; driving
