Complex Care Assistant
Location: Clitheroe
Pay Rate: £15.71 per hour (including holiday pay)

About the Role
This is a complex care position - you'll be providing dedicated, specialist care to clients with long-term complex health conditions in their own homes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Specialist Complex Care:
- Supporting client with life altering spinal cord injury
- Managing complex medication regimens and clinical observations
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect for clients with physical disabilities
- Supporting clients with nutritional management
- Monitoring and responding to changes in client condition
- Working closely with healthcare professionals and families
