Senior HR Advisor
We are looking for a HR generalist based in the Burnley area to join a values‑driven organisation. This role is part of a broader people team and offers the opportunity to work across Manchester and Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities- First point of contact for all day‑to‑day people queries from Managers and employees.
- Support the Head of HR with the delivery of the people strategy.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
- Line‑manage the HR Assistant.
- Process maternity, paternity and flexible working requests.
- Coach Managers through employee relations cases.
- Lead on absence and performance management.
- Support a variety of engagement initiatives.
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Report on HR metrics.
- Advising Managers on recruitment, selection and talent planning.
