The Role

This Digital Marketing role sits at the heart of our client’s global repositioning. It is an opportunity to help bring their brand repositioning to life, support market diversification, and build a digital marketing presence that reflects the scale, capability and ambition of their business.

Working across international teams, regions and time zones, the role will help make sure that our Client shows up consistently, credibly and competitively to customers worldwide. From strengthening demand generation to amplifying thought leadership and project delivery, digital is a key enabler of our growth strategy.

This is not a “maintenance” role. It is a build, shape and grow opportunity, with the chance to make an immediate and visible impact. For the right person, it offers real ownership, influence and the scope to grow responsibility as the digital function scales.

The role is particularly well suited to:

  • A strong Digital Marketing Executive ready to step into their first management-level role
  • A Senior Digital Specialist who thrives on ownership, delivery and building capability.
  • A Digital Marketing Manager within a larger team of managers looking to shape strategy and own a digital function from the start.
Why This Role Exists

Our client is currently under‑resourced in digital marketing, with approximately 0.4 FTE covering always‑on digital activity alongside other core responsibilities. This limits speed, consistency and performance across channels.

Digital is one their highest‑demand functions from sales and business development, and one of the most visible expressions of our brand. With stronger in‑house capability, digital can become a key demand‑driving engine, rather than a reactive support function.

This individual will:

  • Increase pace, consistency and commercial impact.
  • Enable effective activation of our evolving brand positioning.
  • Ensure we show up credibly and competitively to increasingly digital customers.
