Reward Manager
Location: Burnley/Bradford/Peterborough, or Stockton (Hybrid, 2–3 days a week; travel required for team meetings).
Salary: £58,242 per annum
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm)

Join our award‑winning People, Culture and Development team. As Reward Manager, you’ll lead on creating fair, transparent, and values‑led reward practices that make a real difference for colleagues. You’ll manage pensions projects, influence external partners to secure the best reward offering, and drive continuous improvement across pay frameworks and benefits. Your work will directly support our Head of Organisational Development & Culture in delivering initiatives that champion wellbeing and recognition.

You’ll use data‑driven insights to inform decisions, support pay‑gap reporting, and ensure quality assurance on pay practices. Qualifications- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in reward, compensation and benefits management, or a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of reward strategy, pay benchmarking and job evaluation frameworks.
- Extensive experience managing pension administration.
- Sound understanding of employment and pension legislation.
- Experience managing pay review and reward cycles, including modelling and governance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
Stage 1 – A Place to Connect (call with the hiring manager). Planned date: 21 Jan via Teams.
Stage 2 – A Place to Show Your Strengths (presentation, behavioural and scenario‑based interview). Planned date: 26 Jan at our Bradford office.
