The Role:
Preparation Manager

Salary: £40,000 Basic + Competitive bonus

Hours: 42.5 per week

You will be responsible for the leadership of our preparation operations in Burnley. You will be passionate about fuelling others by driving, coaching, and motivating your teams to deliver outstanding, stretching results. You will be an inspirational, authentic leader who delivers industry-leading engagement within your branch. Thinking big, you will constantly look for new ways to improve the business and your operation.

You’ll be inspired by the latest thinking from both within the industry and more widely across world-class leading organisations. Acting as a real change agent for the transformation and growth of our business, you will be responsible for taking this inspiration, developing strategy, and plans to enhance efficiency and quality.
