The Role:
Preparation Manager

Salary: £40,000 Basic + Competitive bonus

Hours: 42.5 per week

You will be responsible for the leadership of our preparation operations in Burnley. You will be passionate about fuelling others by driving, coaching, and motivating your teams to deliver outstanding, stretching results. You will be an inspirational, authentic leader who delivers industry-leading engagement within your branch.
