This role will cover multiple areas within Burnley and outside of this due to on going growth in this area. The expected geographical spread will cover north of Burnley to the Blackpool area and south of Burnley to the Wigan/Greater Manchester area.

As the Registered Manager you will utilize your extensive experience and leadership skills, as you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the home, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding for the people we support.

To be successful in the role of Registered Manager you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing in a supported living environment.

In addition, you will also need to:

• Hold or be willing to achieve the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Have least 2 years’ experience in a position requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.
• Knowledge of current legislation including regulations, The Quality Standards, and have a good understanding of the role of CQC and experience of dealing with inspections.
• A full driving licence and own transport is essential.

The successful candidate will be required to be approved for registration by CQC as well as undergo an enhanced DBS check and will be subject to extensive referencing and pre-employment checks.
