This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected independent practice with over 75 years' experience advising some of the North West's most prestigious rural estates. From day one, you'll work closely with experienced Partners, taking on direct client responsibility and building trusted relationships across a diverse portfolio of estates.
You'll enjoy a varied workload covering estate management, landlord and tenant matters, valuations, strategic advice and project work. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for an ambitious surveyor looking to accelerate their career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The RoleBased at our Huntroyde office, near Padiham, with hybrid working available, you'll work with clients across the Ribble Valley, East Lancashire and Merseyside.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Rural estate management and strategic client advice.
- Landlord and tenant matters, including compliance.
- Property management, maintenance and improvement projects.
- Rent reviews, budgeting and financial management.
- Digital mapping and estate management systems.
- Building strong client and professional relationships.
- Assisting with rural valuations and wider professional work.
- Newly qualified MRICS and/or FAAV (or up to three years' post qualification experience).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive and commerically aware.
- A team player with the confidence to work independently.
- Enthusiastic with a genuine interest in rural estate management.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
