KPO​/Operational Excellence Technician

Pursuit Aerospace specializes in the manufacturing of complex fabrication and precision machined components for gas turbine engines. We serve customers around the world in commercial and military aviation, power generation, the marine industry, rotary wing and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Focusing primarily on hands on shop floor Kaizen activities, performs a variety of Continuous Improvement tasks in support of the Kaizen Promotion Office. Aides in creating a safe, efficient, and effective Lean operation.

• Interfaces with all functional departments and handle Continuous Improvement requests
• Undertakes independent projects as needed in support of department
• Supports Supervisors, Team Leaders and Associates in the application of the Lean principles
• Assists in the creation of Work Instructions, Daily Management, 6 Sigma and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Documents
• Assists in designs and fabricates equipment from Creform Tubing and other materials
• Assists in the completion of Kaizen Newspaper Action Items
