The role

We are now seeking a Lamination Operator to join our team on a weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm), permanent and fixed term until May 2027 are available.

Salary starts at £28,815 per annum with progression through to £32,778 per annum.

You’ll support the production of high-quality products while working in a role that combines technical operation, teamwork, and a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. As part of a supportive and performance-focused team, your contribution will directly impact operational success.

What you’ll do
  • Operate and set lamination machinery to meet product specifications, production targets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor material feeds, product quality, and line performance, taking appropriate action to maintain output and compliance.
  • Prepare materials, trim, and package finished products while ensuring accurate data recording on company systems.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to maintain safe operations, effective communication, and efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities, supporting Lean manufacturing principles and departmental KPIs.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, handling materials safely.
