Production Operative

We are currently working with a well-established, family-run food manufacturing business in Bedale who is looking to recruit a Production Operative to join their growing team. The Role As a Production Operative, you will be working on a fast-moving production line within a chilled food manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Work on a production line in a chilled food manufacturing environment. Ensure production targets and deadlines are met consistently. Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and hygiene at all times. Wear and correctly use all required PPE provided by the business. Work as part of a team to support smooth and efficient production flow. Follow all company health, safety and food safety procedures.

About You Essential Requirements:
Experience working on a production line in a chilled food manufacturing environment. Ability to meet production deadlines and ensure orders are completed on time. Comfortable working in a chilled production line environment. Able to wear required PPE (provided by the business).

Desirable Requirements :
Previous experience in a meat product production facility. Shift Pattern 08:00 AM until finish Working pattern: 4 on, 2 off rotating shift pattern, operating seven days per week This is an important role within the production team, helping to ensure high-quality products are produced safely, efficiently and to strict company standards .
