DCA Recruitment is seeking a Lead Production Operator in Burnley to head our small but growing manufacturing team. The role is hands-on, with initial intensive training for six months, then leading the production workforce to meet set rates and quality standards.
Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4pm, with a paid/unpaid break structure and a fixed 8-hour day. Initial pay starts at £13.00/hour, rising to £14.50/hour after training completion.
