Skilled Labourer

We are recruiting Skilled Labourers to join our client, a specialist provider of protective coating systems that help protect and extend the life of critical assets. This is a hands-on role working with pipework and associated applications, initially based in a factory environment while full training is provided.

As a Skilled Labourer, you will support production and coating operations, carrying out manual labouring duties, assisting with blasting processes, and helping prepare products for protective coating applications.

• Manual labouring duties, including lifting and moving materials safely
• Assisting with blasting of pipes, joints, and associated applications
• Working on blast coating pipework and joints to apply protective coatings
• Supporting the pre-qualification testing area
• Quality checking products to ensure required standards are met
• Following health, safety, and quality procedures at all times

• Comfortable carrying out physical, hands-on work
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy production environment
• Good attention to detail when checking product quality
• Previous labouring, production, coating, blasting, or industrial experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided
