Composites Team Leader Burnley Safran  Nacelles is a worldwide leader in aircraft engine nacelles. Key Responsibilities
-Work with the Operations Process Management team to coordinate workload and resources across shifts to meet operational requirements.

- Ensure operational expectations are aligned with team capabilities, identifying skills gaps and addressing them through training and problem-solving initiatives.

- Manage dedicated work centres to ensure resources, productivity, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.

- Drive a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement culture, supporting business objectives focused on cost competitiveness and operational excellence.

- Support the ongoing development of team members, identifying training and development needs to ensure skills remain aligned to operational requirements.

- Support ownership and delivery of weekly operational plans and production goals.

- Organise and oversee the training of new operators, ensuring experienced team members coach and mentor individuals until required quality and productivity standards are achieved.

- Promote Health & Safety within the area of responsibility and ensure risk assessments and ergonomic assessments remain current and effective.

- Monitor team performance and escalate any issues, risks, or deviations that could impact efficiency, quality, delivery, or safety.

- Encourage innovation and challenge existing ways of working to improve processes
