We are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join a brilliant fresh food pub restaurant in the Burnley area.

The kitchen team is led by a passionate Head Chef who champions fresh ingredients and encourages creativity, development and progression within the brigade.

Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie you will run your own section confidently, support the junior team and maintain consistency and high standards throughout service.

You’ll have input on specials, seasonal menus and day-to-day prep.

Qualifications

Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
Be experienced in running your own section
Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
