Team Member – Front of House & Kitchen

As a Team Member you will be a key part of the day-to-day operations of the shop. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role that combines front-of-house service with food preparation and light cooking duties.

You’ll be expected to deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.

• Customer Service & Front of House
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and cash/card payments.
• Answer customer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients.
• Maintain clean, organised front-of-house and dining areas throughout the shift.
• Food Preparation & Kitchen Duties
• Prepare and cook chicken, sides and other menu items to company standards.
• Hand-bread and season chicken using our signature recipes.
• Assemble orders (e.g., baguettes, trays, boxed meals) with consistency and speed.
• Ensure all food items are fresh, correctly labelled and stored safely.
• Adhere to portion control and food quality expectations at all times.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment in both kitchen and front of house.
• Report any hazards, incidents or customer feedback to management.
• Teamwork
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to support service flow and shift needs.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and managers.
• Assist with opening, closing and restocking duties when needed.
