Following exciting recent growth, we’re looking for a talented individual to be a Sales Assistant in our Burnley store. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company voted Best Retailer 2024 (under £250m turnover) by Retail Week and included in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list.

• Help store colleagues maximise the store’s potential by providing genuinely helpful and friendly customer service.
• Uphold great store standards and maintain available stock and a clean, tidy presentation.
• Promote responsible pet ownership to customers.

• Fun personality; great at interacting with pets and people.

• Experience in a similar customer‑facing role and a hands‑on approach.

• High level of flexibility to cover shifts over 7 days, including evenings and weekends.

• Hourly pay of £8.18 – £12.21, plus bonus potential up to £1000 pa paid in two installments.
