Burnley | Hybrid | £30,000 - £38,000

Looking for a client-facing role where you can genuinely influence performance and build long-term partnerships?

A growing digital marketing agency is looking for an Account Manager to join its fantastic team, working with a portfolio of e-commerce and lead generation clients to deliver results, grow accounts and build lasting relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with agency account management experience looking to join a close-knit and down to earth team.

The Role:

You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, managing projects from brief through to delivery, providing strategic advice, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

Working closely with internal digital, development and project teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, exceed expectations and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Develop strategic recommendations that support clients' business goals
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on time
  • Analyse campaign performance and present clear, actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support client retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client service
About You:
  • Previous agency Account Management experience is essential
  • Strong commercial awareness with a passion for delivering results
  • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple projects
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
