Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join our client, an innovative IT marketing services agency. We want enthusiastic, talented, determined and vibrant people to join their growing call centre team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but it's your attitude that matters most. High-volume outbound calling and email outreach Qualifying sales opportunities with IT decision-makers Managing CRM records and campaign activity Supporting client campaigns and industry events Writing clear, accurate opportunity reports Engaging in ongoing training and development Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner Motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude Ability to work in a target-driven environment Organised, detail-focused, and coachable Interest in technology and sales (preferred but not essential) Great starting salary Uncapped Commission Training and Development A perfect role as a launchpad into a sales career 25 days annual leave Hybrid Working
