What You Will Do Deliver high-impact online demonstrations booked by yourself and your BSC partner Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive new business activity Generate and attend strategic meetings with potential introducers and referral partners Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Work collaboratively in a high-energy, target-focused, and high-reward culture What You Will Bring 2 years of proven track record in a B2B sales environment (specific industry experience is not required) Strong confidence in value-based, consultative selling techniques Ability to engage and sell effectively to Business Owners, Boards of Directors, and HR Managers A genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth Resilience, target-driven focus, and a passion for working at a fast pace
