Application Requirements

You will support the young people service by participating in outreach, admin, mentoring and co-production events.

• Local outreach events, such as stalls at colleges and Pride events
• Interview panels
• Administration tasks to support the service
• Mentoring 10‑24 year olds
• Co‑production events, such as forums and groups at local and organisational levels

Rates are as follows:

• Under 18 years of age – £8.00 per hour
• Aged 18 to 20 – £10.85 per hour
• Aged 21 or over – £12.71 per hour

Essential Skills and Personal Qualities

• Collaborative, ethical, inspiring, resilient, self‑challenging – demonstrating our values of compassion, determination and professionalism
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn about working with vulnerable children and young people
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage a wide range of people
• Team player, able to support the service within a casual role
