Young Person's Multi Skilled Worker - Casual
Please apply before Tuesday 7th July 2026. The role is casual until March 2027 at £15.07 per hour. The position may include Saturday work, requires a full driving licence and personal vehicle, and is based in Burnley on site and in the community.
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide support, information, training, education and guidance to young people, improving access to services, identifying and assessing their needs, and monitoring and evaluating all sessions and interventions to inform future planning.
Essential Skills- OCN/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or willing to achieve within 12 months.
- Experience working with young people and/or qualification in substance misuse, mental health, psychology, nursing or youth work.
- Experience completing assessments, risk assessments or care plans with young people.
- Excellent relationship building with a wide variety of backgrounds and professionals.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Accurate record‑keeping of case details in a timely manner.
- Effective IT skills and ability to use various digital media.
- Subject to satisfactory enhanced level DBS and barred lists check.
