Rotherwood Recruitment are seeking Domestic Abuse Support Workers to provide compassionate, trauma‑informed support in a Burnley/Nelson refuge and supported accommodation. The role involves creating a safe, welcoming environment and assisting with day‑to‑day tasks and access to services.
You will work ad hoc/flexible shifts, including evenings and sleep‑ins, supporting residents to rebuild confidence and independence in a trauma‑informed, person‑centred approach.
