With You is seeking a Young Persons Worker in Burnley to support a caseload of young people facing substance misuse challenges. You will assess needs, create care plans, deliver treatments, and refer to specialists when needed.
The role includes 1:1 and group work, plus information sessions and drop-ins to help youths understand and navigate their situations. You will work in partnership with the local authority; a full UK driving licence and vehicle are required.
