FLT & Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for an experienced
FLT & Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing operation in the Burnley area.

This is a varied role combining both FLT duties and general warehouse work
, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on position and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Location: Burnley
Pay Rate: £12.93 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:30pm

• Operating FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Picking, packing and preparing orders
• Goods in and goods out duties
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Supporting the wider warehouse team as required

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am – 5:30pm
• Flexible finishing time required due to delivery schedules
• Occasional later finishes (around 6:30pm) may be required, although this is not a regular occurrence

• Competitive pay rate of £12.93 per hour
