What You'll Do as a Accounts Payable Analyst:

Review, verify, classify, code, and record vendor invoices in the ERP system

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies

Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor invoices

Reconcile vendor accounts and statements to identify and resolve discrepancies

Research and respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account issues

Prepare and maintain accounts payable records, documentation, and reports

Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment concerns

What You Need to Bring to the Accounts Payable Analyst Role:

High school diploma or GED required

Associate's degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred

Previous accounts payable, accounting, or administrative experience preferred

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred #metro careers
