Project Assistant at WTG Terrazzo & Tile, Inc.
WTG Terrazzo & Tile, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Assistant. The ideal candidate is diligent, initiative‑taking, service‑oriented, organized, and possesses effective communication skills. They must also be willing to ‘get their hands dirty’ and support project teams as needed.
Qualifications- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Associate degree or relevant work experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Assist project managers and estimators as directed/needed.
- Complete quantity takeoffs.
- Compile and organize shop drawings.
- Compile and organize samples, product data, MSDS and other submittal items.
- Organize materials, equipment and paperwork needed for projects as directed by PM’s.
- Onsite project reviews.
- Jobsite project production reports.
- Bid reviews.
