Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Continuously enhance your technician experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Utilize best-in-class resources provided by Christian Brothers Automotive.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and uncover the root causes of customer concerns.
- Communicate repair options transparently with our Service team.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and shop organization.
- Work together to exceed customer expectations and deliver extraordinary results.
- Conduct thorough, accurate, and visually transparent digital vehicle inspections.
- Ensure every guest is treated with our “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself” level of respect.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- A strong desire for problem-solving and long-term career development.
- Open to both full-time and part-time work availability.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computers.
- A current driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of your workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer.
