The role requires reading plans, collaborating with subs, and using HCSS Heavy Bid and related tools to build thorough, defendable estimates.
The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in construction estimation, a relevant degree, strong communication, and a team mindset. Travel and site visits are expected.
