Dentist for a unique growth and succession opportunity.

This role is ideal for a dentist whowantshands-on mentorship, advanced technology, and a clear path tostepping into a primary clinical roleover time.

Schedule:

Full-Time | 3–4 days/week,Monday–Thursday, with potential to expand as the practice grows

The incoming Associate will work closely with the current provider, receiving hands-on mentorship while gradually building independence and taking on greater clinical responsibility.

• Perform procedures includingen do, extractions, and sleep-related treatments
• Utilize advanced digital tools for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Collaborate with the lead provider on patient care and mentorship
• Contribute to patient growth and long-term practice success

• DDSor DMD
• Eligible for Minnesota licensure
• 2–3years of experience preferred
• Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members
• Confident working independently while also valuing mentorship
• Growth-mindedand interested in long-term opportunity
