Titus Contracting Inc is hiring a creative, organized, and experienced Interior Design Manager to oversee our growing design center and lead a talented team of designers. This leadership role blends client-facing design work with strategic management, supporting both residential and commercial remodeling projects from initial concepts to final finishes. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on in design development, mentor junior designers, and bring creative solutions to high‑end remodeling projects.

- Lead and manage the design team and day-to-day operations of our design center
- Oversee full-service interior design across residential (75–80%) and commercial (20–25%) projects
- Create initial concepts, drawings, and finish packages using Chief Architect or CAD software
- Collaborate with clients and project teams on space layout, interior finishes, lighting, and fixtures
- Support and mentor designers to ensure high-quality design output
- Guide clients through the selection process and deliver compelling design presentations
- Use Builder Trend (or similar) to document all selections and keep projects on track
- Attend on-site meetings and discovery visits as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field required
- 8+ years of interior design experience in remodeling or construction
- Proven ability to design for residential remodels and light commercial spaces
- Proficient in Chief Architect preferred; CAD experience required
- Familiarity with Builder Trend or similar project management tools
- Strong understanding of construction processes, additions, and space planning
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Ability to guide clients through design decisions with professionalism and warmth
- Must submit a professional portfolio with application
Competitive Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000 based on experience
Signing Bonus up to $2,400 (terms to be discussed)
