Titus Contracting Inc is seeking a creative and highly skilled Lead Interior Designer to take charge of our growing design department. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee design operations, guide client selections, support sales with concept drawings, and collaborate closely on both residential and commercial remodeling projects. With an emphasis on interior finishes, space planning, and layout, this position offers the opportunity to lead exciting, high-quality projects and grow with a team that values innovation and craftsmanship.

This is a full-time, client-facing role that demands attention to detail, confident communication, and strong team leadership.

• Manage and lead the interior design department across residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate on project concepts, layouts, finishes, fixtures, and lighting selections.
• Support sales with concept drawings and visual presentations.
• Coach and mentor interior design staff.
• Conduct on-site meetings for design development and coordination.
• Use design software to prepare detailed presentations and documentation.
• Document selections and specifications using Builder Trend or similar platforms.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of interior design experience in residential and/or light commercial remodeling.
• Proficient in CAD software (Chief Architect preferred), with 3D modeling capabilities.
• Drafting experience is a bonus.
• Solid understanding of interior finishes, space layout, and construction processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience designing for middle to high-end residential homes.
• Proficiency in Builder Trend or Job Tread is a plus.
• Must submit a professional design portfolio with application.
• Competitive Base Salary: $65,000–$85,000 depending on experience.
• Signing Bonus:
  Up to $1,500 (terms discussed at hiring).
