Fairview is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join the M Health Fairview Cancer Care Center Burnsville
. Located on the Fairview Ridges Hospital campus, providers will work to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets medical and personal needs. Join a group of physicians committed to staying at the cutting edge of the field and participating in quality improvement committees.

• Join a collaborative group of 7 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers

• Affiliated with the University of Minnesota; community clinics provide patient-centered care and opportunities to enroll patients in leading-edge clinical trials and participate in tumor boards.
• Openings: 1.0 FTE (flexible schedule) plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship-training program.
• Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed or able to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
