Position:
Full-time or part-time Associate Optometrist within an independent Target Optical Subleasing practice. You will work under a Subleasing Doctor, with professional autonomy, full scope of practice, and no company-imposed quotas.

• Provide comprehensive optometric examinations and eye care services to patients.
• Prescribe contact lenses, glasses, and other vision treatment solutions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the provided EHR and back‑end systems.
• Collaborate with Subleasing Doctor on patient care plans, referrals, and office management.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality‑improvement initiatives.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• State license to practice optometry, current and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑graduation clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
