K-5 Learning & Pathways Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide Advanced Learning instruction focused on helping our students to be future ready by embedding into our instruction the 4 Cs of 21st Century Learning:
  Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and
• Creativity.
• Provide Research projects focus on inquiry and creating solutions to real-world problems
• Implement K-5 Pathways experiences
• Utilize instructional resources and technology equitably
• Embrace and encourage all members of the school community
• Foster a supportive environment for individual growth
• Understand personal biases impacting the learning environment
• Value cultural diversity and adapt education accordingly
• Prepare students for future challenges through rigorous academics
• Develop a culture of trust where all stakeholders shape decisions
• Foster student agency and personalized learning journeys
• Build experiences that lead students to passion and purpose
